Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return. Proof of purchase is required. After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please review the details below for more information on returns, refunds, and exchanges.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary items.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Certain health and personal care items.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: A credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
  • Partial Refunds: Granted in specific cases, such as:
    • Books with obvious signs of use.
    • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
    • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
    • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before refunds are posted.
  3. Contact your bank; processing times can vary.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at [email protected] and send your item to the original sender.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to the original sender’s address.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund Deductions: If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted.
  • Shipping Insurance: For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
